The interview process was surprisingly narrow. After the recruiter asked me a few high-level MCP questions and shared that recording with ADP, I was moved to a 30-minute interview that ended up being entirely about MCP, even though the role itself appears to involve very different responsibilities. The conversation ended abruptly at the 30-minute mark, without leaving any time for me to ask questions, which made the whole process feel rushed and somewhat disconnected from the actual position.

One round with directors, one round with principal data scientist and final round with Senior team members. Critical analytical questions, coding and case studies were involved. Aptitude questions involving averages, mean and medium, statistics, hypothesis testing
