There was a phone interview with ADPs internal recruiter and spoke mainly about my job history and why I was interested in the job opening. Followed up by a phone interview with the hiring manager which probed on your technical knowledge, I was then asked to come to face to face interviews with the hiring manger followed by another intervirew by the Director of Engineering. Finally was asked to come back one more time to meet with the hiring manager again mostly to discuss the job offer explanation of benefits and salary negotiation. This process took about two weeks.
