ADP attended our campus career fair and I talked to one of the recruiters and submitted by resume. She was nice and asked some basic questions (what I am interested in, etc). Soon after that I was invited to an on campus interview. My interviewer asked some technical questions (difference between C and Java, how does an interpreter work, some basic OO stuff). He was personable and easy going. They seem to care a lot personality as well as technical background. I was invited to the final round of interviews which has a "speed dating" format where you talk to a few more people. They want to have a number of opinions on you before they make a decision
