Round 1: ADP online test consisting - basic arithmetic, quantitative, Logical reasoning, Data Structures and other CS stuff like networking, OS concepts. (for Fresher Grads). -> the test will be in Mid to High level of difficulty. Round 2: Who all had qualified in Round 1 are pushed to Round 2, which was a Technical Discussion round wherein they Test all the basic stuff like programming skills and Database/SQL concepts. And Things mentioned in the Resume. In my case They asked few basic things regarding the skills mentioned in my resume. and asked a few questions in java. After all every company conducts a drive based on some requirements. They asked me that- am I flexible to work in Testing and automation. I said yes, but people who wants to become product Developers strictly say NO. Else you'll be into testing and automation. Round 3: If qualified in round 2, then round 3 will be HR round - a general discussion round. Sometimes there will be another Technical round if they feel to have it. Finally I would say its a good company, Good people, but be strict about your Role you want.
