As many rounds as a golf outing.
Or a baseball game. Spoke to several individuals on multiple occasions for a job that was so basic a 4 year old child could complete. Almost made me feel it was a higher quality job by the process itself, which was led to much disappointment when realizing how awful the job itself was. Being a too big to fail company leaves a culture riddled with petty politics, lack of work ethic, you are essentially employee #2334134, and looked upon as such.. No reward for people who go above and beyond.. all that is expected is that you fit the mold that their algorithm has deemed the amount of productivity a employee should do.
phone interview and then video interview. If you are near the office I believe it's a in person interview. Sometimes it takes a while to get the interview but if you are confident you would have good chances

It's been a while but I believe they asked the usual interview questions like describe a difficult situation and how you handled it. It's best to use the STAR method when answering questions.

Entretien
The interview was good, and the hiring manager told me that I was very thorough and gave excellent responses, in addition to my relative experience. I was also told that I would be hearing back from the recruiter the same week. However I have not recieved any feeback or follow up about the interview from the recruiter, even after me following up with the Thank You letter and (3) follow up letters because I really wanted this job.. Still nothing from the recruiter. So Ironically I received an email survey from ADP recruitment, I left my rating and comment and wouldnt you know an hour after that I get another generic email saying they have moved on to other candidates.. Sighs.. these companies I tell ya.. SMH

Had to go through multiple rounds with standard interview questions. The only thing that was useless was the video interview, after the video I had an in person interview with the same questions.
