Phone Interview with Recruiter, then onsite interview with management team, ultimately did a follow up presentation over the phone for a third round. They were understanding about how much time I could realistically take off during this process. The time frame for total interview process was a bit longer than desired for feedback (aka offer). Ultimately I did get an offer 2 weeks after final interview.
