interview process was unnerving and of course it got to my nerves, they are very keen with your job experience and how you handle stress, how you can multitask and how you prepare yourself for the day

The process had four rounds in total. Starting with a test based on excel proficiency, quant (basics), language. Finance are asked followed by GD round, PI round and HR round. The level is easy to medium.
4 rounds of interviews, not very structured interview questions, interview style varied from interviewer to interviewer, overall smooth process, but recruiter is the only constant touch point throughout the process

Entretien
Met first with the hiring manager then Director and lastly VP. It was virtual and a pleasant process. Interviews were set up on different days to accommodate schedules. Discussed the standard - my experience - the role and requirements.
