J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez ADP (Alpharetta, GA) en mai 2017
Entretien
phone interview by HR, then a 2nd interview at location by hiring manager & team lead. Unfortunately the entire process is very slow, takes a month or more to go from one stage to next, the process seems backdated and not very professional, disappointed as the hiring manager verbally told at the in-person interview the starting date, then the on-boarding process and training, then introduced to all the team members and even had a senior team member show around the work he was doing for 30 mins. I was told that just background check etc will take 3 weeks. So I was expecting formal offer in 3 to 4 weeks, instead after 4 weeks received an email with no job offer! not sure what happened! totally surprised.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
why are you leaving your current job?
Have you ever had a supervisor or coworker who was competing with you or difficult to deal with? If yes, then how did you handle it?
Sorry to hear about the follow up but please keep ADP in mind for future opportunities on your career path.

Entretien
The Interview process was kind of lengthy, it took about a month to go through all steps from a phone screen to an assessment to a face to face interview with a panel
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez ADP (Roseland, NJ) en juin 2016
Entretien
The interview process consisted of:
1. A phone screen with the recruiter
2. A video interview with the hiring manager - 2 weeks later
3. An in person interview with the hiring manager - 1 week after video interview
4. In person interviews with the 5 key stakeholders 2 weeks later
5. A final interview with the hiring manager. 2 weeks later
After the final interview, I was advised by the hiring manager that the recruiter would contact me with a status update on my candidacy. I sent an update email to the recruiter when I hadn't heard anything in 10 business days (clear indication that I was not a candidate for an offer) and the response that I received was that an offer was extended to another candidate. I did not receive any direct feedback on my candidacy other than my meetings went well but the role changed and they decided to go in a different direction.
I'm ok that I didn't receive an offer but it is clear to me that while I was not their candidate of choice for this role, I'm not a fit for the organization and will likely not hear from ADP again.
