J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez ADP (Burnaby, BC) en déc. 2016
Entretien
After initial phone screening with recruiter, the in person interview involved meeting with current employees and managers, and doing a mock call. It almost seemed like playing through levels of a video game and getting to the final boss (managers) at the end. Some stages were more "in your face," while other stages of the interview were more relaxed. Meeting with different employees tested different aspects because they each behaved very differently towards me. This may have been intentional to see how the candidate reacts under different circumstances.
Phone interview, then video interview, then in person. Make sure you complete the "homework" they assign you prior to each interview stage. Otherwise it's not a terribly difficult process. I had to do a role play call in my in-person interview, but again it wasn't bad.
Easy process - phone interview and In-person. Spoke with the recruiter first and then with the VP of sales before the in person. In person was with 3 sales executives.
