Spoke to 3 different people prior to being given an offer. We reviewed all the benefits ADP had to offer it's employees. Employees spoke highly of ADP and were extremely friendly.

Past experience, why ADP and how did I feel I was a good fit for ADP.
Easy and fair. Lots of behaviour style questions. Looking for experience with current trends and overall prior exercise doing marketing campaigns. Good experience overall. Even though I didn’t get the role as got a better offer elsewhere.

I found the role listed on Linked In. I applied on their company website and it took them a few days before they reached out to me and another week before I got in for an interview. The office was in Roseland park and it seemed nice enough. The woman who interviewed me was friendly but firm. I made some jokes to show some personality and she just ignored them politely and moved forward
