Awkward experience to be timed and recorded without having the experience to communicate and be able to look someone in the eye, gauge responses, etc. Shortly thereafter, received an email to complete an assessment followed by another email to 'complete my profile with missing information in order to proceed to the next steps". The email contained broken links, no one to reach out to for technical support or guidance. I was unable to proceed any further because of this and had to give up on the interview simply because the system glitches would not let me proceed and I could not reach out to anyone at all. Very frustrating and negative experience to be recorded and put on display for someone to 'assess' you on a video recording, only to not be able to move forward after a successful assessment to the next phase. Overall a waste of time and energy with no response or feedback at all from anyone at the recruiting department. "
