Headhunter approached me on LinkedIn, with confirmed interview date and time (online), and interviewer never showed up at all, no apologies, no response, nothing. Then the next day I got a rejection email saying not qualified. 🤷‍♂️
Started with a general phone interview, then the first actual interview with the hiring manager. Everything went well until the last interview with a Sr. Staff that works with Managed Services team.
Within five minutes of starting the interview with the Senior member, I was told by the interviewer, that they had much more experience than I, and they could always find a question that I wouldn't be able to provide an answer to.
Interview was nothing but open ended technical questions and when an answer was provided, the question would change to a different scenario rather than accepting the answer provided.
If that's how the Senior members act interviewing for open positions, imagine working with them.
