It was a quick and easy interview. Talked about my resume a bit and why I wanted to work at the company. They talked about the position and talked about growth in the company. They talked about the company and why they liked it. They were very open and honest.

A recruiter (several) called me about the open position, and I went in for an interview. I spoke with one of the technical VPs who seemed distracted. He carried a bunch of other candidate resumes with him, which was awkward.

I was contacted by a recruiter and called in for an interview. The interview was short, and they offered me a job on the spot. I started 3 weeks later and met my team. We went out to lunch that day and spent some time getting to know one another.
