That’s where you come in: as our Data Analyst (Commercial Tribe), you turn commercial questions into sharp insights, clear dashboards, and actionable stories that help teams move faster and smarter.

Your role as a Data Analyst

• Challenge the question behind the question. You clarify the business need and translate it into a clear plan of approach and research questions.
• Collect, validate and enrich commercial data. You define requirements for data collection, validate datasets, and make sure the input is solid.
• Build reporting people use, because they are easy to understand. You create operational dashboards and reporting in CRM and in BI layer tools (QLIK)—dashboards, recurring reporting, and forecasts for commercial steering.
• Understand the story behind the numbers. You convert data into clear, dashboards, reports and help formulate actionable recommendations (actions/proposals/solutions) and present them with impact to stakeholders.
• Level up data literacy. You proactively improve how teams work with data, spot process opportunities, and recommend system improvements together with colleagues.

Your profile as a Data Analyst

• A strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions and visualizations.
• Experience with data analysis and statistical techniques, and building scalable data assets.
• Confidence to align stakeholders and drive work end-to-end in a collaborative environment.
• A proactive attitude: you like improving how things work and helping others get more value from data.
