Avantages
I experienced great flexibility directly on the team level and had an amazing manager and team, Innovation and experimenting with newer technologies was encouraged as much as the project allowed.
Inconvénients
I faced serious rigidness on the upper management level, Decision making is completely based on budget. The company tries to save money on the lower level employees, which is very sad in my opinion. Promotion often does not come with higher compensation, you can accept the title and the responsibilities with the same salary, or stay at your current position.
