-Colleagues for the most are engaged and helpful -It's a best of breed tool for international finance management -It used to be a not work from home culture, but now is (for those that like it)
Inconvénients
-Quite limited coverage for an ERP, the only way in to customer discussion is finance. The market size is limited and the product has a lot of restrictions in different sub-verticals. This and the commercial go to to market strategy (competing channel partners, Territories in revenue brackets,..) make the target attainment difficult and lengthy -It's not dynamic career wise: if you're doing a good job then do it for at least 5 years before they consider talking about a raise or promotion. Moving across to Oracle is unseen -With the pandemic it's 100% work from home for almost two years, with little exceptions. Oracle also jumps on the opportunity to improve margins and cut all travel / staff entertainment -It's not always fine work life balance wise
