Remote working possible, good benefits package, annual compensation review, unlimited holiday, safe and healthy working environment, fun and open Corp culture
Inconvénients
So far so good. I see myself working there for another few years, but I feel the compensation for the role is not as competitive as it could be compared to other corporations with an office in Belgium.. The salary is benchmarked based on the city where the office is located which it is not in the capital so earnings are slightly unsatisfactory if you live in Brussels where everything is about 20% more expensive.
