      -Pay Relatively low -Internal movement to other positions is difficult - Internal communication is not good -good luck getting an updated rate -little to no other benefits. 40 hours of PTO for a whole year?

      Avantages

      Pay and benefits were pretty good. Only reason I stayed.

      Inconvénients

      Chaotic leadership. People are constantly busy doing things that don't matter as there is no clear understanding of what the strategy is or what success looks like.
