      Unity offers competitive pay and benefits. Many teams are globally distributed and very diverse.

      Inconvénients

      Outside of gaming the rest of the company is in the very early stages of development and market share and lacks a lot of strategic leadership.

      Unlimited PTO for US employees, there are still good employees at the company,

      Inconvénients

      Leadership is out of touch, constantly shifting priorities, reorgs and RIFs are the new norm, unless you're on the AI team don't expect impressive compensation, tons of waste
