Raises not keeping up with cost of living, employee moral in lower paying areas is not good (can't speak to dev or other locations). Job opportunities have dried up. attempts at making employees feel heard has stopped. upper management disengaged from employees. Most everyone feels stuck in tech support. CEO is good at dancing around questions.
