      Avantages

      Good people, both the guests and the line employees

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately: 1. Poor pay, 2. Poor management (with most being 10 yrs+ in the same company) 3. Understaffed and overdutied 4. Little to none recognition (yes, there is quarterly 5 star but no real employee recognition)

      Avantages

      Great benefits for retirement, and hotel discounts.

      Inconvénients

      The GM creates a toxic work environment. HR didn’t respond to emails, and couldn’t handle the workload. The accountants think they’re the best thing since sliced bread and only ever send nasty emails to other staff members. Favoritism is frequently, and blatantly displayed.
