Avantages
1. The location (there are bus stops right outside the building that takes you to the interchange and malls/IKEA for lunch options) 2. The meeting rooms were quite nice to work in (but they were all surrounded by glass so one had to pull the blinds down for privacy) 3. The rooftop was great for bad days, when you needed a break.
Inconvénients
1. The management is so far-removed from the actual events transpiring within the company, and are extremely avoidant of confrontations or call-outs for the way they lead the company. 2. If you're willing to boot lick your way up the ranks, this place is for you. You could pretty much get away with murder here if you're close or in the good books of the management team. 3. Micromanaging is a real problem here, especially within the Marketing team—they've got to stop hiring terrible employees who can't accomplish tasks and trust the ones who can. 4. I left this company because of a jealous co-worker who tried to pin wrong accusations that sought to affect my performance review. Before they could extend a 'probation' for something I didn't do, I threw in my letter.
