      Avantages

      * Used to be a great company * Used to trust employees * Had some challenging work * Respected and cared about old timers

      Inconvénients

      * Managers are gods, they are unchallenged and unaccountable * Only company where there is no feedback process for managers. Any employee cannot give feedback for their respective managers. * No process in place for deciding on promotions * Promotions given only on favoritism * Only priority of management is to get listed in great place to work surveys

      Avantages

      Good company, management generally supports the employees, good work-life-family balance

      Inconvénients

      Recent restructuring layoffs were random. NetApp recently went to a "laddering" evaluation system that relied too much on management perception and not facts.

      Avantages

      Great office location Collaborative team and coworkers with product resolution for customers Ongoing learning new technologies in the field DEI and options for more unique perspectives

      Inconvénients

      NetApp has a tendency to have proprietary knowledge so it's difficult to confirm if this can translate well to other companies/industries While there is DEI and more the office can have a tendecy to have people state things that are flat out harmful to others this isn't covered and ignored Company has lots of layoffs and it's difficult to guage when this may happen and if you'll be impacted or not
