Employees with lack of storage experienced are hired and told that they would be trained and mentored properly but infact they get thrown on the telephones to answer high end deep knowledge questions where in many cases the customers know more and are told to lie to the customers so they are satisfied with whatever answers are provided until the case is closed or customer is temporarily satisfied.
