Avantages

- Great culture - Great WLB - Free food - Good company to coast - Good for Retirement

Inconvénients

- Many people won't do any work but take credit for someone else's work. - Salary is peanuts for Boston's cost of living. - Slow pace, sometimes you won't feel like you learned anything. - too much politics. If you try to grow, people will be there to pull you down. If you listen to your manager and show no career aspirations publicly, you'll do fine. - Many teams are useless. If I were in position, I'd fire half of the people.
