      Avantages

      The job is a relatively easy one for what you get paid for. We are represented by a union. If you are willing to go to college, they will pay for it. Benefits are great.

      Inconvénients

      When it comes to making suggestions on how to make any process improvements they pick and choose who they listen to. Even though it's unsaid, there is somewhat of a caste system when it comes to how the employees treat each other. We are represented by a union.

      Work is great, 4x10 schedule is perfect...

      Inconvénients

      It's far. I live over 60 miles and everyday in person is hell drive.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
