Avantages
LM offered stability while still providing flexibility to move to many different contracts. Lockheed can also provide career/salary growth but you have to be willing to spend the 'Good Will' you've accumulated. As long as you spend your good will every few years, you'll do decent compared to your peers in smaller companies.
Inconvénients
Lockheed is a huge company and often its HR policies are one size fits all. If you want an exception to the rules, you need an executive advocate and lots of patience. With all the changes Lockheed is going through, if you can find a comparable job elsewhere, take it.
