Avantages
There are a lot of opportunities for growth. They pay for grad school, textbooks, fees & gym memberships. I very much enjoy the flex time because I like to sleep in late. There's a very friendly atmosphere and relaxed dress code. Also, managers respect their employees and listen well anytime their employees have anything to say.
Inconvénients
Overtime basically expected. As a contractor, if something goes wrong, it's always our fault. We need to always follow guidelines to make sure we can't be blamed for anything. Because of this, there are a lot of processes and rules.
