Avantages
Specifically for the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics site at Palmdale, CA, the Skunk Works, this review is to say that this is a place where you can achieve a high level of autonomy and recognition for your work, especially as an early career engineer. There is a high percentage of employees who are hard core airplane people and love their work and that makes the Skunk Works a pleasant place to be even during hard times. Lots of opportunity for a good work/life balance, as well.
Inconvénients
There is not much work to be had at this site right now which means that resources are low and makes other work more difficult to get done. Otherwise, no cons.
