Avantages
People are very kind and managers (at least in my experience) let you try out new things, especially as a young engineer. You can work on different programs and see what works or even switch around new technologies. Good for trying and learning new things.
Inconvénients
As a software engineer, they are severely lacking in their tech stack. They are quite behind the tech world and use outdated technology often times. It's because they don't need a strong tech stack which is fine, but for aspiring software engineers, you may want to keep this in mind.
