      There is no pros in working for this company. The Unions have taking a company that once was at the front of aviation invitation and turned it into a company full of lazy poorly trained leeches.

      Inconvénients

      The Unions. They protect the useless. While running off high skilled people.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
