      Avantages

      LM has a good benefits program and also competitive salaries. There is a broad range of technologies and programs to choose to work on (assuming you can get on that program). Tthe work they do tends to help in defense of our nation -- so you can be proud of the work you do to help our nation.

      Inconvénients

      Work and home life balance can be a challenge, especially if you are a manager and/or your program is in trouble. Corporate management can be "relentless" in providing non-value added help when programs are in trouble.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
