      -great benefits, in general good salary -good work/life balance -engaging coworkers -good place to get career kickstarted, well branded name for future employers

      Inconvénients

      -can be hard to move positions (laterally or up) -gov't contracting can mean quick and last minute changes in direction

      Work is great, 4x10 schedule is perfect...

      Inconvénients

      It's far. I live over 60 miles and everyday in person is hell drive.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
