Company only cares about sales, they're the "bread and butter" of the company. If you work at the Carver location expect to be ignored, under-valued, and unappreciated by upper management. Our breakroom consists of nothing but junk food, but sales gets braised short rib with toasted quinoa for lunch. Like to work in a freezing environment? Come on over to the Carver location where you can work in frigid temperatures while washing your hands in ice cold water. No bonuses, our raises our a joke, and you have to pay to go to the company Xmas party (that’s the only party Carver employees get). We have a mandatory yearly sales rally were we’re given mini muffins and assorted fruit for breakfast, meanwhile sales is getting pancakes, sausage, eggs, the whole she-bang (must be nice). Not only that, but sales also gets a free party to celebrate the achievements the company made. Do the employees at Carver get a party for the blood, sweat, and tears they’ve put into the company for the year? NOPE. Our CEO walked into our isle to ask someone something, he couldn’t even say hi to his employees. We constantly get hounded and scrutinized by sales for not being fast enough or for making the simplest mistakes. The company prides itself on hunger, heart, and harmony but I’m assuming that doesn’t apply to us…
