Perspective commerciale
Avantages
- relatively flat organization allowing to work on variety of topics - possibility to work closely to the business and engage tchem in the corporate projects - mostly flexible working hours, working days are not as long as in other countries and it is possible to work 4 days per week
Inconvénients
- not much focus on interpersonal development - tendency to hire externals rather than invest in the development of internal stuff which flattens the culture - too many meetings - efficiency of communication could be improved - opportunities for promotion are limited and usully relate to the change of the position
