      Dynamique Familial Succès Ineos est dans le mouvement permanent et bénéficie de résultats exceptionnels Il y a donc beaucoup d’opportunités. L’esprit d’initiative est très présent Peu de micro management

      Inconvénients

      Pas très organisé : jeune société qui a donc besoin de mettre en place des procédés internet Les organigrammes peuvent ne pas être très clairs

      - Management fails upwards - Management can't be trusted - Knee jerk reactions to everything, without proper planning - Bonus is out the window for the foreseeable future
