Performed on-campus interviews. Invited to league city headquarters for a follow-up. Participated in 3 30-minute interviews with different engineers. Questions were entirely behavioral. Most were based on past experiences. Received a decision within two weeks via email.

2 stages interview process. Screening and Technical. The Technical has actually 2 steps. One is pure technical and the second one is with HR. Screen takes 1 hour while Technical Interview takes up to 2 hours.

First interview with HR responsible by online video conference and then next presential in the office with the manager and the supervisor. No test required, all based on experience and contact.

I made initial application via their website in the Careers section. I received a email requesting a video meeting. This first interview was with a contract HR company who did the screening. Since I passed this I was invited for another video meeting with the hiring Manager, It was successful so I had another video meeting with a senior manager. I was given a small work assignment to present.

Three one and a half interviews in super day style to go through behavioral questions and to gauge experience/expertise. Not particularly difficult questions, standard behavioral interview style, lots of describe past experiences and problems and/or how you solved them to understand your thinking process

It was casual like a conversation. We talked about my accomplishments and other things. It was not stressful at all. He was very nice and we bonded over college experiences.

Spoke with 2 members of HR on Microsoft Teams about my motivations for joining INEOS and the commercial graudate scheme and was asked a mix of competency and commercial awareness questions, as well as about my responses to questions in the initial application.

One in-person interview following online application. Interview was with senior team and process was smooth. Quick process, all finished within 3 weeks and was given the interview result via phonecall.

Applied on the INEOS careers website and was offered an interview after a few weeks. Was asked the usual sort of questions combined with some more technical ones where I had to demonstrate my understanding of process flows

Interview with HR to discuss job location, hybrid model, then interview with manager that took over one hour and where we discussed some technical topics. Three months later, never got a call back or a follow up - really unprofessional.
