      Strong individual contributors bring valuable expertise and meaningful insight to the work, often with a deep understanding of the subject matter and hands-on experience that drives real progress.

      Inconvénients

      There seems to be too many managers lacking the technical or functional depth needed to guide teams effectively, resulting in passive message-passing rather than impactful leadership. Without subject matter expertise or added strategic value, their role risks becoming an expensive placeholder in the org chart.

      Avantages

      I am able to be my best self in the environment I work in. I am encouraged to ask questions and come up with solutions to problems - often the identification of a problem doesn't have a clearly prescribed solution - My leadership allows me to be proactive and come up with more ideal solutions than 'just what works'.

      Inconvénients

      This is a large company, and mileage may vary. Bringing your best self should be a requirement for all positions in all companies.

      Unlimited PTO, culture where people work together and support each other

      Inconvénients

      Management is too focused on their failing AI products, they ignore what the company does well, product is overpriced.
