Avantages
I joined Formation because I could see how mission-driven the organization was. Every person I spoke to during my interviews loved talking about how the Fellowship empowers Fellows to pursue their dream careers. Seeing Fellows start the Fellowship and then get placed has been one of the most fulfilling aspects of working at Formation. What I truly admire about the team is that we are always thinking about how we can empower our Fellows and help them achieve their goals. Sharing this common mission has been what gives me life each day. We are a small team that moves quickly. It's amazing to be working with such passionate and driven individuals. Everyone is very collaborative and always willing to lend a hand or give feedback on our processes that help us improve and get better each day.
Inconvénients
I don't think there are cons to working at Formation. Because we are a small team, we all wear different hats and try to contribute to the company in various ways. At times, it can feel like there are not enough hours in the day to get all the projects we are working on off the ground, but the team is very supportive and if we have any blockers, we work through them together.
