Avantages
FactSet is a great place to work because the company prides itself on the happiness of its employees. The upper-level management at the firm is friendly, supportive, and treats each individual (even the interns) as equals. I felt that my opinions and contributions were valued highly, which is rare to find in an internship with a financial firm.
Inconvénients
I dont necessarily feel that people at FactSet are very driven. It's a great firm and a fun place to work, but I didn't see much of a focus on professional development and growth on an individual basis.
