      Avantages

      The kids are great and center management are good.

      Inconvénients

      Not the best pay. Too many kids per zone and too much of a focus on getting session notes out and kids getting ACE points.

      Thank you for sharing your experience – I am pleased to read you enjoyed the role overall. We have reviewed our session notes and recognition scheme for children, and they no longer work on an ACE challenge. I will pass on your feedback to the relevant teams. All the best for the future.
