Avantages

Smart, motivated peers, lots of opportunities to gain cross-functional experience, a pretty good product you can get behind and decent pay and benefits.

Inconvénients

Very reactive work culture. Poor data infrastructure leads to decisions made without proper diligence and a work culture based on urgency leading to burnout and anxiety.

-Chill culture, smart people -Get to work on impactful technical challenges at scale -Is a well known consumer brand to have on your resume

Inconvénients

-There's an even mix of go-getters and slackers -Process can be overwhelming at times (docs, meetings, retros etc) -Product space is not that exciting nor motivating
