The wait for 22-3 combo fulltime is about 10-12 years from date of part time hire. Most the jobs are very physical, you better prepare for a long physically demanding career. Their is no climate control while loading a truck. In the summer. Trucks are 120 degrees; in the winter its 10 below 0.
