      Great company to work for in a short term.

      Inconvénients

      Rotation around the clock is difficult on the mind and body.

We are not sure what you mean about rotation around the clock, but work-life balance is important at Baxter, and we recommend you discuss this with your manager to see how they can support you.       Avantages

      Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

      Inconvénients

      They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
