Work 7days a week as a new person for 2-3 years the use a draft system so work anywhere from 8-12 days 7days a week only time I could get off was for national guard and took a act of congress to do get any other days . Management is non helping of you have a problem they will complain that the line isn't up but offer very little help to you personally to get the line running again very dirty as well if you get hurt on the job they will try to make it seem it is your fault like when they had a small c02 leak and fired a lady for bascilly having co2 posiong but she did get her job back after the plant manager and brewmaster were fired for that and court.
