      - Attractive Salary & Benefits: Competitive pay, especially for technical roles, and a half-day off every Friday afternoon. - Profit-Sharing Bonus: The company is currently highly profitable, which means employees benefit from a participation bonus. - Diverse & Inclusive Culture: A truly international team with a wide range of nationalities and backgrounds, and a very LGBTQ+-friendly environment. - Company Size: A mid-sized team (~100 employees) allows for meaningful contributions and visibility, especially for those working at the Paris office.

      Inconvénients

      - Limited Career Growth: Few opportunities for internal advancement, and promotions often favor those who are most vocal or visible. - Office Space Constraints: Overcrowded offices due to a shift away from full-remote work, which can impact comfort and productivity. - Poor Remote Management: Remote work is inconsistently managed across teams, and full-remote employees may feel isolated or overlooked. - High Pressure & Turnover: Several cases of burnout and workplace harassment have been reported, with little support for affected employees.
