That’s why we recently hosted a Parent’s Meetup, giving our employees a chance to connect and chat over tea, coffee, and muffins. Meet Lyndsay Hillen, Senior Integrated Marketing Manager, who joined nCino from the SimpleNexus acquisition. She connects the dots across marketing channels to promote our brand and solutions and enjoys documenting and standardizing processes for efficiency. At our Wilmington HQ, Bitty & Beau’s recently hosted a cookout to celebrate the team reaching their self-appointed goals. Everyone enjoyed the great food and company, and we had a fantastic time celebrating the B&B team’s hard work. Meet Peter Barratt, a Senior Presales Engineer who began his nCino journey two years ago. Peter loves the challenge of demonstrating to customers how nCino can solve their daily pain points and finds excitement in creating and sharing solutions. Peter says. “We have an awesome team that works well together. We work hard, achieve results while still having fun in the process.” When he’s not crushing it at work, Peter rows surf boats, plays rugby union, and enjoys time with friends and family while skiing, surfing and hiking.
Summer is in full swing at our Wilmington HQ! One of the best parts of summer in Wilmington, NC is SUP (stand-up paddle boarding)! Every Friday during the summer, nCino employees can start their day on the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway, relaxing and having fun with their colleagues. In addition to paddle board excursions, employees are able to get out and enjoy the nice weather and our beautiful city by attending weekly nCino sponsored surfing lessons and beach clean-ups. 🏖️

This summer, our interns have gotten involved in all kinds of activities and projects across departments and offices, and we're glad to get to celebrate their accomplishments with a big "thank you" and some fun awards! 🤩 🎓 🚀

Folks from our London team cycled from London to Paris last year, covering 190 miles in three days to support the fight against myocarditis. This year, they took on a new challenge, riding from London to Amsterdam over four days, covering 250 miles to raise awareness for leukemia with Blood Cancer UK. We're proud of our team for the many miles they traveled and the dedication they showed to our core values "Bring your A-game" and "Make Someone's Day!" Mi Gente is one of our six employee resource groups at nCino, focused on providing support and community for Latinx, Hispanic, and Basque employees and their allies. Each month, the group hosts "Cafe con Pan," where employees gather in the Bitty & Beau's within our Wilmington Headquarters and in the lobby at our Lehi office for coffee, traditional treats, and conversation.
