Early this morning, our ERG Mi Gente partnered with UNCW students for a beach cleanup at Wrightsville Beach, working together to protect our coastline and keep our shores clean. They wrapped up at our Wilmington HQ to share Café con Pan—a breakfast of coffee, traditional treats, and great conversation. It's great to see our ERGs engaging with the community to make a lasting impact!

Women nTech is off to a strong start this February! 💗 This week, the ERG hosted a Vision Board Party, creating a space for members to explore their creativity, build new connections, and set intentional goals. The event wasn’t just about vision boards—it also supported the work of Hope Abounds Cancer Network, an organization devoted to providing care and resources for individuals and families navigating the challenges of cancer. We’re proud to see Women nTech paving the way for a year of growth and connection!
Love is in the (office) air! ✨ Our Women nTech ERG is making Valentine’s Day extra sweet at our Wilmington HQ! Last week, they teamed up with United Way Cape Fear for their Day of Caring, writing 200 heartfelt cards to spread kindness in our community. 💖✍️ WnT brought more love to HQ with candy grams, helping employees to send sweet treats and celebrate the coworkers who live out nCino’s core values and deserve appreciation. And the best part? All proceeds supported A Safe Place, a Wilmington nonprofit making a real difference.
Meet Kate Barber, Senior Content and SEO Specialist at our Wilmington HQ! After teaching composition and creative writing at university level for nine years, Kate joined us as a Tech Writer before transitioning to the Marketing department. In her current role, she produces and edits content for the external communications team and ensures that our writing is meeting SEO best practice standards. Here are some of Kate’s favorite things about nCino: 🧩 Her editing role: Kate enjoys fine-tuning others' writing for accuracy, clarity, and concision. “Sentences are like puzzles, and I enjoy moving the pieces around to create the best picture possible!” she said. 🤝 Our core value of Respect Each Other: She loves that at nCino, everyone is expected to treat their colleagues with respect. 🩵 Her team: Kate is proud of their unwavering support and the way they consistently check in on one another, always trying to help or alleviate any stressors. Meet Ryan Kerch, our Conferences & Events Manager! Since joining nCino in 2018, he’s called 3 of our offices his “work home” and currently resides at our global headquarters in Wilmington, NC. Ryan and his team lead all conference and event programs and strategies, from ideation to execution. Their goal is to deliver powerful, relevant, and credible messaging to audiences across the globe. The team’s largest event is the annual user conference, nSight, where global industry leaders gather to share insights and explore innovation. Here are some fun facts about Ryan: 💙 His favorite core value is Make Someone’s Day. Whether it’s improving someone’s mood, solving a problem, or simply showing kindness, these actions define a fulfilling day’s work. 🏆 He’s proud of his team’s ability to balance working hard while playing hard. They’re able to achieve and exceed their goals, and have fun doing it. 🌎 His advice to anyone looking to start their nCino journey is to just be yourself! nCino’s culture fosters equity, inclusion, and will value each individual. 🎣 Ryan is married with three children and two “fur-babies.” When he’s not working, Ryan is spending quality time with his family at the local beach or fishing.
