This week US Electrical Services inc. welcomed our cohort of ALPS trainees to the HZ Electric Supply Co. Springfield, MA branch for our annual Summit. The Accelerated Leadership Preparation System (ALPS) is a world- class training program that exposes high achieving candidates to an in depth rotational program. Trainees participated in two days of leadership building workshops designed to push the boundaries of excellence and forge themselves into gritty leaders. On the final day of the Summit, our team volunteered at the zoo at Forrest Park just outside of Springfield and did maintenance and beautification work.
