Tonia’s main focuses have been on “impact” and “authenticity,” centering on meaningful interactions and communication. Thanks to her efforts, the company now has an employee retention rate of nearly 90%, and 40% of new hires come from employee referrals. This significantly contributed to Two Six’s expansion, growing from under 200 employees in early 2021 to nearly 850 by August 2024.

Two Six Technologies, alongside industry partners SMX and Google, recently hosted a Capabilities Showcase on the USS Missouri in Hawaii. Our team provided live demonstrations for military and government attendees, highlighting the breadth and depth of our mission-focused capabilities. After the event, attendees were able to enjoy a relaxing social hour and talk with team members from all three companies. This was an amazing opportunity to tell the story of Two Six, strengthen relationships, and create recognition within the INDOPACOM community. Two Six Technologies Opens New Office at Coppermine Commons in Herndon, Virginia. The new office, part of the Coppermine Commons complex at 13865 Sunrise Valley Drive, includes more than 27,000 SF of offices, labs, and specialized equipment that was custom designed for Two Six’s teams. This new office highlights Two Six’s trajectory of rapid growth and strategic expansion, especially in support of Intelligence Community (IC) customers in Northern Virginia.
